About Nuggets Nursery

We started this bee-keeping journey on our Mandarin property about 4 years ago. Although our bees have flourished next to our citrus grove and growing vegetable garden, they can travel up to 3 miles a day! So, if you're our neighbor, our bugs most likely forage in your backyard!

We keep our honey 100% raw, preserving all potential health benefits. Raw honey is rich in antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, including flavonoids and phenolic acids. It acts as a natural cough suppressant, aids in wound healing, improves digestive health as a prebiotic, and may support heart health. Finally, it is an extremely delicious alternative to refined sugar. We find ourselves drizzling it on everything. Yes, everything.

Here at Nugget's Nursery, we are into all things healthy and whole! With a feverish passion for carbohydrates and digestive health, we have naturally leaned heavily into sourdough baking. We started our sourdough culture about 3 years ago, and have skillfully developed experience with freshly milled grains.
